2023 年9 月30日是Hana En的開幕派對日子。作為Hana En背後的理念，這個派對充滿了歡樂、聯繫和友誼。
我們並不追求朋友給我們買花，一瓶酒是一個更好的選擇。我們喜歡在聚會中增加一些酒精的氛圍。
這個派對也分享了我們對當地聯繫和素食的理念。我們只為客人提供素食的小吃、蛋糕和甜點。更重要的是，它們都來自該區域的小商店。

另外還有Gok3choco，一個手工製作的巧克力品牌，他們只提供素食巧克力。我們很久以前就認識這位店主，但直到今年的一個市集上才碰面。這就是我們所謂的緣分。

我們想對所有參加派對的朋友和客人表達我們的感激之情。任何活動的核心元素永遠是客人，我們喜歡與朋友建立聯繫，Hana En也是如此。
30th Sep, 23 is the opening party date of Hana En. As the rationale behind Hana En, the party is fully of joy, connections & friendship.
We don’t pursuit friends to buy us flowers, a bottle of vine is an better alternative. We love the momentum of gathering with adding some alcohols in between.
The party also shares our thesis of local connections and vegetarian. We only offer snacks, cakes & deserts in vegan to our guests. More importantly, they are all from small shops of the district.
We would like to acknowledge the shops that supported us. Firstly is MaMa Long Pastry for Oriental style soft pastry (We knew the boss for more than 20years) he just refused us to pay & wanna to sponsor his pastry for free.

Secondly is Mayse Artisan Bakery for vegan clusters & sourdough. We were there when he is in Tai Mei Tuk, Tai Po, where of our bicycle tour end point. Mayse just opened a shop of Pizzeria in Jordan recently. We therefore visit them at once with no hesitation.

What’s more is Gok3choco, a handmade chocolate brand who only offer vegan chocolate. We know the owner for long & only met up at a market early this year. That’s we call it fate.

Lastly is Heng Fook Hong for vegan fish balls. We make it to curry fish balls but not charging $20 for four, we just charge in appreciations.

We would like to express our gratitudes to all friends & guests who joining the party. The core element of any event is always the guests instead of the host. We love to have connections to our friends so do Hana En.
