At Hana En, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality floral products and services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be situations where a resolution is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

 

1. Order Cancellation:

   - If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

   - Orders that have already been processed or prepared for delivery may not be eligible for cancellation. A cancellation fee of 10% may apply.

 

2. Quality Concerns and Damaged Items:

   - We take great care in selecting and arranging the freshest and finest flowers for our customers. If you have any concerns about the quality of your floral arrangement, please contact us once received.

   - To assist us in resolving the issue, we may request that you provide photographs of the arrangement.

 

3. Delivery Issues:

   - Our team strives to ensure that all deliveries are made on time and to the specified location. If there are any issues with the delivery, please notify us promptly.

   - If the recipient is not available at the delivery location and we are unable to reach them or find an alternative solution, a refund may not be applicable.

 

4. Custom Orders and Special Events:

   - Custom orders and arrangements created specifically for special events, such as weddings or corporate functions, are subject to different terms and conditions.

   - Refunds for custom orders may be subject to specific agreements outlined in the contract or agreement between Hana En and the customer.

 

5. Refund Processing:

   - Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

   - Depending on the payment provider and their policies, it may take a certain amount of time for the refund to be credited to your account.
