Shipping & Delivery Policy:

1. Delivery Areas:

   - We offer standard delivery services within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon & New Territories, outlying islands are not included. Please check our website or contact our customer service team to confirm if we deliver to your desired location.

 

2. Delivery Fees:

   - Delivery fees may apply and will be clearly stated during the checkout process. Delivery prices are as below:

Hong Kong Island: $150

Kowloon: $100

New Territories: $200

 

3. Delivery Timeframes:

   - We strive to deliver orders on the requested delivery date whenever possible. Delivery will be scheduled either 9am-1:00pm, or 2:00-6:00pm, but we cannot provide any explicit time. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as order volume, availability of products, and external circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic conditions, weather).

   - Same-day delivery is not available. Orders placed before 2:00pm will be scheduled to deliver at the next day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched one more day.

 

4. Delivery Options:

   - Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery option ensures that your order will be delivered within our regular delivery hours. Specific time requests may not be available with standard delivery.

   - Express Delivery: For time-sensitive orders, we offer an express delivery option. This guarantees delivery within a specified timeframe, subject to availability and additional charges. Please contact our customer service team to inquire about express delivery and associated fees?

 

5. Delivery Process:

   - Our professional delivery team will ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order.

   - If the recipient is not available at the specified delivery location, we will attempt to leave the order with a receptionist, neighbor, or colleague, if appropriate. Alternatively, we will contact the recipient to reschedule the delivery.

   - In cases where a delivery cannot be made due to incorrect or incomplete recipient information provided by the customer, additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.

 

6. Delivery Confirmation:

   - We will provide a delivery confirmation notification once the order has been successfully delivered. This may include the recipient's signature, a photograph, or other relevant evidence of delivery.

 

7. Special Delivery Instructions:

   - During the checkout process, you may have the option to provide specific delivery instructions (e.g., "Leave at the front door," "Deliver to the receptionist"). We will make every effort to accommodate these instructions, but we cannot guarantee their fulfillment in all situations.

 

8. Order Tracking:

   - We currently do not offer order tracking services. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with tracking your order.

 

9. Order Modifications and Cancellations:

- Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may only be possible if the order has not yet been processed for delivery. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request any changes.
