About Delivery:

1. Q: When will I receive my floral orders?

- A: Delivery will be scheduled either 9am-1:00pm, or 2:00-6:00pm, but we cannot provide any explicit time.

 

2. Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?

- A: Sorry, we cannot. Same-day delivery is not available. Orders placed before 2:00pm will be scheduled to deliver at the next day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched one more day.

 

3. Q: How much does delivery cost?

- A: Delivery fees may vary depending on the delivery location. Delivery fees may apply and will be clearly stated during the checkout process. Delivery prices are as below:

- Hong Kong Island: $150

- Kowloon: $100

- New Territories: $200

 

4. Q: Can I track the status of my order?

- A: Yes & no. We provide order tracking for order acceptance & proceeding online. For delivery status, you can contact our customer service team with your order details, and they will assist you in tracking the progress of your delivery.

 

5. Q: What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

- A: If the recipient is not available at the specified delivery location, we will attempt to leave the order with a receptionist, neighbor, or colleague, if appropriate. Alternatively, we will contact the recipient to reschedule the delivery. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
